For Buyers
All works are listed at firm prices. For high-value works listed as “Inquire,” pricing is discussed during the inquiry process.
All sales are final except in the case of damage in transit, which must be documented with photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and our insurer to resolve any damage claims promptly.
Yes. Insured continental U.S. shipping is included in the purchase price. White-glove delivery is available on request. Contact us for international shipping inquiries.
After your purchase is confirmed, we will contact you within one business day to arrange insured shipping or white-glove delivery. Tracking information is provided once the work ships.
Each listing includes a condition description. Provenance documentation, certificates of authenticity, and appraisal records are available for works that came with them. Contact us for specifics on any work.
Generally not, unless you pay above fair market value — in which case only the amount above FMV may be deductible. Consult your tax advisor regarding your specific situation.
For Donors
We accept fine art, photography, jewelry, watches, vehicles, instruments, collectibles, wine, real estate, and most other legal assets of meaningful value. If you are unsure, submit an inquiry and we will let you know.
For accepted gifts with an estimated value over $5,000, we coordinate and cover the cost of an independent appraisal. This appraisal supports your IRS Form 8283 if applicable.
Yes. A Brighter Future Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 39-3730854). We provide written acknowledgment for all gifts. Consult your tax advisor regarding deductibility for your specific situation.
Many inquiries receive a response within 24 hours. The full process — from submission to acknowledgment — typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on appraisal requirements and logistics.
We generally focus on items with an estimated fair market value of $500 or more, though we evaluate each submission on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.
Yes. Donor recognition is entirely your choice — anonymous, publicly acknowledged, or discussed privately. We default to anonymous unless you tell us otherwise.
100% of net proceeds from donated assets fund arts education grants through A Brighter Future Foundation. We publish impact data as grants are deployed and programs are established.
Yes. A Brighter Future Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity. Our EIN is 39-3730854. Our IRS determination letter is available on request at hello@brightergallery.com.
