All Sales Are Final

All purchases from BrighterGallery.com are final. Because every work sold through A Brighter Future Foundation is a one-of-a-kind or limited-edition donated artwork, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a work arrives damaged in transit or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@brightergallery.com. You must include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs clearly documenting the damage or discrepancy
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you and our insurer to resolve legitimate damage claims promptly. Claims submitted after 48 hours or without photographic documentation cannot be accepted.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Tracking information is provided once a work ships.
