Included Shipping

Insured shipping within the continental United States is included in the purchase price of every work. You will not be charged separately for standard shipping.

Packaging

Every work is professionally packed to museum standards appropriate for its medium — whether framed, unframed, rolled, or crated. We use archival materials and custom-fit packaging to ensure safe transit.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days of confirmed payment. Works requiring special crating or white-glove handling may take longer. You will be notified by email if your order requires additional lead time.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Most continental U.S. deliveries arrive within 5–10 business days of shipment.

White-Glove Delivery

White-glove delivery — including in-home placement and basic installation — is available upon request for larger or higher-value works. Please contact us at contact@brightergallery.com before placing your order to arrange white-glove service and confirm availability in your area.

International Shipping

International shipping is available for select works. Shipping costs, duties, and import taxes vary by destination and are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us at contact@brightergallery.com before ordering to confirm availability and receive a shipping quote.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us before ordering.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments are insured. If a work arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs documenting the damage. Please retain all original packaging — carriers require it for insurance claims. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or customs holds. Tracking information is provided so you can monitor your shipment directly.
