Scharf's 1988 Aqua Pollination serigraph depicts a dreamlike landscape dominated by purple rock formations with anthropomorphic smiling faces, a blue waterfall cascading between organic forms, and a rainbow arching through the background — a vivid synthesis of his psychedelic Pop Surrealism aesthetic. Published in an edition of 150 signed by the artist, with a small number of unique hand-finished trial proofs produced separately.
